Aliasing (high-frequency components folding into low frequencies) can be eliminated by two main steps:

1. Anti-aliasing Filter: Passing the continuous signal through a low-pass analog filter before sampling to strictly band-limit the signal and remove frequencies higher than $f_m$.

2. Nyquist Rate: Ensuring the sampling frequency $f_s$ is strictly greater than twice the maximum frequency present in the filtered signal ($f_s>2f_m$).
