Non-repudiation is the absolute cryptographic guarantee that a sender cannot mathematically or legally deny having sent a specific digital message.
Non-repudiation is achieved strictly through Asymmetric Public Key Cryptography and Digital Signatures. Because a digital signature is mathematically generated using the sender's absolute, secret Private Key, it provides undeniable, court-admissible proof that the specific sender—and absolutely no one else—authorized the transaction.
