The 8085 architecture includes the ALU (Arithmetic and Logic Unit), an 8-bit Accumulator, a Flag register, six 8-bit general-purpose registers (B, C, D, E, H, L), a 16-bit Stack Pointer (SP), and a 16-bit Program Counter (PC). It also features an Instruction Decoder and a Timing & Control unit.
